Wild Halloween Ways to Wellbeing workshop with Karen Brackenridge

Wellbeing is linked to how we feel physically, mentally, emotionally. However, a sense of wellbeing is strongly linked to life satisfaction and happiness. In short, functioning well and feeling good.

In conjunction with our Wild exhibition, we would like to invite you to attend one of our ‘function well and feel good’ monthly Wild Ways To Wellbeing therapeutic workshops.

The sessions vary in discipline from collage and comic to print and wordsmithery. They’ll be using the one of the five ways to wellbeing themes – connect, notice, learn, active, give – guiding you to create your own Wild wellbeing artwork.

Wednesday 30 October – 6-8pm
