Iftar at the Museum

Come and break the fast with us.
In the spirit of Ramadan, the month of hospitality and sharing, we are hosting an Iftar at the Museum that’s open to all. It will be an evening of friendship and conversation across faiths and cultures.
Learn about Ramadan and witness or participate in the Muslim call to prayer. We will also come together to break the fast, enjoying a selection of delicious food.
Iftar at the Museum is open to all. There will be dedicated spaces for prayer and breaking of the fast and the celebrations will take place between 5.30pm and 8.30pm.

5.30pm Arrive at the Museum
6pm Speeches in Living Worlds gallery
6:15pm Adhan (call to prayer) and Maghrib Salah (sunset prayer)
6.25pm Breaking of fast
8.30pm Close
