Wild Ways to Wellbeing Workshop with artist Kate Eggleston-Wirtz
Workshop with interdisciplinary artist Kate Eggleston-Wirtz
Wellbeing is linked to how we feel physically, mentally, emotionally. However, a sense of wellbeing is strongly linked to life satisfaction and happiness. In short, functioning well and feeling good.
In conjunction with our Wild exhibition, we would like to invite you to attend one of our ‘function well and feel good’ monthly Wild Ways To Wellbeing Therapeutic Workshops.
Each session will be delivered by a guest artist. All vary in discipline from collage and comic to print and wordsmithery. They’ll be using the one of the five ways to wellbeing themes – connect, notice, learn, active, give – guiding you to create your own Wild Wellbeing artwork.
Wednesday 24 July – 6-8pm
Wild Ways to Wellbeing workshop with interdisciplinary artist Kate Eggleston-Wirtz
Join us for a relaxing session to make a photo holder representing the wild world in its four seasons whilst exploring collage techniques in 3D. Participants will use blocks made out of upcycled pallets along with other materials to create masterpieces to display special memories that will be enjoyed for years to come.
Kate is a multidisciplinary artist specialising in storytelling assemblage artworks using 3D objects and collage materials.
