Winter Wellbeing Takeover
Workshops and activities to help lift the load
Take the time to do something good for yourself at the start of a new year.
Winter months can wear hard on wellbeing. The colder weather, darker days and festive celebrations can all put strain on us physically, mentally and financially.
So our Winter Wellbeing Takeover invites all to come and connect with local groups and organisations offering support across a range of areas including energy saving, maximising your food shop, upcycling and fixing tech. You’ll even be able to enjoy a free lunch from Feed My City, 12pm-2pm in our picnic area
There will be a mix of engagement stalls and workshops taking place across the museum, offering creative and wellbeing activities for everyone.
This is a free event and you don’t need to book for most workshops and activities – just drop in throughout the day. But places are limited for the Chinese Affirmations Caligraphy workshop, so please book your place via the booking link.
